sec.84F Notice of refusal of application
If MEDQ decides to refuse the application under section 83 (4) or 84E (2) , it must, within 5 business days after the decision is made, give the applicant notice of the decision. The notice must— be in the approved form; and state that MEDQ has decided to refuse the application; and state the reasons for the decision. s 84F ins 2019 No. 11 s 88 (sec.84F-ssec.1) If MEDQ decides to refuse the application under section 83 (4) or 84E (2) , it must, within 5 business days after the decision is made, give the applicant notice of the decision.
