sec.84B Lapsing of application—failure to give compliance statement
This section applies if the applicant does not give MEDQ a compliance statement in relation to the application within— the period stated in the notice given to the applicant under section 84A (2) ; or a longer period agreed between the applicant and MEDQ. The application lapses. Subsection (2) applies whether or not the applicant has complied with section 84 for the application. s 84B ins 2019 No. 11 s 88 (sec.84B-ssec.1) This section applies if the applicant does not give MEDQ a compliance statement in relation to the application within— the period stated in the notice given to the applicant under section 84A (2) ; or a longer period agreed between the applicant and MEDQ. (sec.84B-ssec.2) The application lapses. (sec.84B-ssec.3) Subsection (2) applies whether or not the applicant has complied with section 84 for the application.
