sec.82A Notice of properly made application
If a PDA development application is a properly made application, MEDQ must give the applicant a notice stating that— the application complies with section 82 (1) ; or MEDQ has accepted the application under section 82 (3) (b) . The notice must state the date (the properly made date )— for an application mentioned in subsection (1) (a) —the application was made; or for an application mentioned in subsection (1) (b) —MEDQ accepted the application. s 82A ins 2019 No. 11 s 83 (sec.82A-ssec.1) If a PDA development application is a properly made application, MEDQ must give the applicant a notice stating that— the application complies with section 82 (1) ; or MEDQ has accepted the application under section 82 (3) (b) .
