sec.82 How to make application
Each PDA development application must— be made to MEDQ in the approved form; and contain, or be accompanied by, the consent of the owner of the relevant land; and be accompanied by the application fee decided by MEDQ. A single application may be made for both a PDA preliminary approval and a PDA development permit. However, subsection (1) (b) does not apply to the extent the application is for operational work other than operational work below the high-water mark and outside the boundaries of a canal. The application is a properly made application only if— it complies with subsection (1) ; or MEDQ receives and, after considering any noncompliance with subsection (1) , accepts the application.
