sec.7H CEO may disclose information to chief executive under Housing Act 2003
The CEO may disclose anything that comes to the CEO’s knowledge under this Act to the chief executive under the Housing Act 2003 if the CEO is satisfied the disclosure would assist in the performance of the functions of any of the following under the Housing Act 2003 — the chief executive; the registrar; an authorised officer. s 7H ins 2024 No. 32 s 7
- (a) the chief executive;
- (b) the registrar;
- (c) an authorised officer.
