sec.7D When MEDQ may provide assistance to entity
MEDQ may provide assistance to an entity for the purpose of providing social housing other than social housing mentioned in section 7A (1) (b) only if— the entity is— a registered provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; or an exempt provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; and the chief executive under the Housing Act 2003 has consented to MEDQ providing the assistance to the entity. s 7D ins 2024 No. 32 s 7
- (a) the entity is— (i) a registered provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; or (ii) an exempt provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; and
- (i) a registered provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; or
- (ii) an exempt provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; and
- (b) the chief executive under the Housing Act 2003 has consented to MEDQ providing the assistance to the entity.
- (i) a registered provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; or
- (ii) an exempt provider under the Housing Act 2003 , schedule 4 ; and
