sec.7C Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to ensure entities to which MEDQ provides assistance for the purpose of providing social housing are regulated under the Housing Act 2003 in the same way that entities to which the chief executive under the Housing Act 2003 provides assistance for the purpose of providing a social housing service are regulated under the Housing Act 2003 . In this section— social housing service see the Housing Act 2003 , section 8 (2) . s 7C ins 2024 No. 32 s 7 (sec.7C-ssec.1) The purpose of this part is to ensure entities to which MEDQ provides assistance for the purpose of providing social housing are regulated under the Housing Act 2003 in the same way that entities to which the chief executive under the Housing Act 2003 provides assistance for the purpose of providing a social housing service are regulated under the Housing Act 2003 .
