sec.76 Offence about use of premises
A person must not use premises in a priority development area, or premises subject to PDA-associated development for a priority development area, unless the use is a lawful use of the premises. Maximum penalty—4,500 penalty units. See also section 164 in relation to the liability of an executive officer of a corporation for an offence against this section committed by the corporation. s 76 amd 2016 No. 17 s 104 ; 2019 No. 11 s 81
