sec.71D PDA exemption certificate attaches to land
A PDA exemption certificate— attaches to the land the subject of the certificate; and benefits the owner of the land, the owner’s successors in title and any occupier of the land. s 71D ins 2019 No. 11 s 78
- (a) attaches to the land the subject of the certificate; and
- (b) benefits the owner of the land, the owner’s successors in title and any occupier of the land.
