sec.63 Making of development scheme

MEDQ must, as soon as practicable after complying with sections 61 and 62 — make the development scheme; and prepare a report that— summarises the submissions considered by MEDQ; and contains information about the merits of the submissions and the extent to which the proposed development scheme was amended to reflect the submissions; and contains details about any changes to the proposed development scheme published under section 59 . See also the Sustainable Ports Development Act 2015 , section 29 for additional requirements for making a development scheme. MEDQ must publish the report on MEDQ’s website.
