sec.62 Amendment of proposed scheme
After complying with section 61 , MEDQ may amend the proposed development scheme in any way it considers appropriate. If MEDQ considers the amendment significantly changes the proposed scheme, it must re-comply with sections 59 to 61 for the amended scheme. (sec.62-ssec.1) After complying with section 61 , MEDQ may amend the proposed development scheme in any way it considers appropriate.
