sec.51AG Lawful uses of premises
This section applies if, immediately before the cessation— a use of premises that are, or are on, former PDA land is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act; or a use of premises as a consequence of the carrying out of former PDA-associated development is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act. On and from the cessation, the use is taken to be a lawful use of the premises under the Planning Act . s 51AG ins 2019 No. 11 s 39 (sec.51AG-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the cessation— a use of premises that are, or are on, former PDA land is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act; or a use of premises as a consequence of the carrying out of former PDA-associated development is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act. (sec.51AG-ssec.2) On and from the cessation, the use is taken to be a lawful use of the premises under the Planning Act .
- (a) a use of premises that are, or are on, former PDA land is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act; or
- (b) a use of premises as a consequence of the carrying out of former PDA-associated development is a lawful use of the premises under this or another Act.
