sec.51AF Registering particular plans of subdivision approved before cessation
This section applies if— before the cessation, MEDQ approved a plan of subdivision for the former PDA land under section 104 ; and immediately before the cessation, the plan of subdivision has not been registered under the Land Title Act 1994 . For registering the plan of subdivision under the Land Title Act 1994 , anything done by MEDQ under section 104 in relation to approving the plan is taken to have been done by the local government for the local government area to which the plan relates. In this section— plan of subdivision see section 104 (4) . s 51AF ins 2019 No. 11 s 39 amd 2024 No. 32 s 27 (sec.51AF-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the cessation, MEDQ approved a plan of subdivision for the former PDA land under section 104 ; and immediately before the cessation, the plan of subdivision has not been registered under the Land Title Act 1994 . (sec.51AF-ssec.2) For registering the plan of subdivision under the Land Title Act 1994 , anything done by MEDQ under section 104 in relation to approving the plan is taken to have been done by the local government for the local government area to which the plan relates. - (a) before the cessation, MEDQ approved a plan of subdivision for the former PDA land under section 104 ; and
- (b) immediately before the cessation, the plan of subdivision has not been registered under the Land Title Act 1994 .
