sec.51A Lawful uses relating to PDA-associated development
This section applies if— a material change of use of premises is PDA-associated development for a priority development area; and the use of the premises as a consequence of the material change of use is a lawful use. The use is taken to also be a lawful use of the premises under the Planning Act . s 51A ins 2016 No. 17 s 99 amd 2016 No. 27 s 179A (sec.51A-ssec.1) This section applies if— a material change of use of premises is PDA-associated development for a priority development area; and the use of the premises as a consequence of the material change of use is a lawful use. (sec.51A-ssec.2) The use is taken to also be a lawful use of the premises under the Planning Act .
- (a) a material change of use of premises is PDA-associated development for a priority development area; and
- (b) the use of the premises as a consequence of the material change of use is a lawful use.
