sec.49 References to cessation
In this subdivision— a reference to cessation in relation to the former PDA land is, if the context permits, a reference to the time the land ceases to be in the priority development area; and a reference to cessation in relation to the former PDA-associated development is, if the context permits, a reference to the time the development ceases to be PDA-associated development for the priority development area. s 49 amd 2016 No. 17 s 97 ; 2016 No. 27 s 177 sub 2019 No. 11 s 39
- (a) a reference to cessation in relation to the former PDA land is, if the context permits, a reference to the time the land ceases to be in the priority development area; and
- (b) a reference to cessation in relation to the former PDA-associated development is, if the context permits, a reference to the time the development ceases to be PDA-associated development for the priority development area.
