sec.42I Public response report
This section applies if the proposer has complied with section 42G and, if relevant, section 42H . The proposer must— prepare a report (the public response report ) that— summarises the submissions considered by proposer; and contains information about the merits of the submissions and the extent to which the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change was amended to reflect the submissions; and contains details about any changes to the proposed instrument published under section 42E (2) ; and publish the report on the proposer’s website. s 42I ins 2014 No. 40 s 8 (sec.42I-ssec.1) This section applies if the proposer has complied with section 42G and, if relevant, section 42H . (sec.42I-ssec.2) The proposer must— prepare a report (the public response report ) that— summarises the submissions considered by proposer; and contains information about the merits of the submissions and the extent to which the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change was amended to reflect the submissions; and contains details about any changes to the proposed instrument published under section 42E (2) ; and publish the report on the proposer’s website.
