sec.42D When notification requirements do not apply
The notification requirements do not apply to the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change if MEDQ is satisfied— the consultation about the instrument under section 42B has been adequate; and the public interest would not be served by further consultation about the instrument. s 42D ins 2014 No. 40 s 8
