sec.40I Preparation of proposed instrument for planning instrument change
If section 40G (2) (b) applies for any excluded land, MEDQ may— prepare the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change; or ask the relevant local government to prepare the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change. The entity that prepares the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change is the proposer of the planning instrument change. s 40I ins 2019 No. 11 s 28 (sec.40I-ssec.1) If section 40G (2) (b) applies for any excluded land, MEDQ may— prepare the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change; or ask the relevant local government to prepare the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change. (sec.40I-ssec.2) The entity that prepares the proposed instrument for the planning instrument change is the proposer of the planning instrument change.
