sec.40D Content of declaration
A declaration under section 40C (1) must include the following information— the priority development area the development is for; a description of the land on which the development is proposed to be located; a description of the development, including plans and supporting documentation; any other information prescribed by regulation. s 40D ins 2016 No. 17 s 93
