sec.36G MEDQ must give notice of provisional land use plan
As soon as practicable after the provisional land use plan takes effect, MEDQ must publish, at least once in a newspaper circulating in the area of the relevant local government, a notice stating that the provisional land use plan— has taken effect; and is published on MEDQ’s website. s 36G ins 2019 No. 11 s 23 amd 2024 No. 32 s 3 sch 1
