sec.36 When draft provisional land use plan has effect
The draft provisional land use plan— takes effect on the commencement of the declaration regulation; and has effect until a provisional land use plan takes effect under section 36F for the provisional priority development area. s 36 sub 2019 No. 11 s 23
- (a) takes effect on the commencement of the declaration regulation; and
- (b) has effect until a provisional land use plan takes effect under section 36F for the provisional priority development area.
