sec.32ZQ Vacancy in office
The office of the executive officer becomes vacant if the executive officer— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes disqualified under section 32ZL (a) , (b) or (c) from continuing as executive officer; or is removed from office. s 32ZQ ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 amd 2025 No. 14 s 39
