sec.32ZK Appointment and removal
There is to be an executive officer of the EDQ employing office. The executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. The executive officer is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . The executive officer may be the same person as the CEO. The Governor in Council may, at any time, remove the executive officer from office. s 32ZK ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 amd 2025 No. 14 s 37 (sec.32ZK-ssec.1) There is to be an executive officer of the EDQ employing office. (sec.32ZK-ssec.2) The executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. (sec.32ZK-ssec.3) The executive officer is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
