sec.32M Giving direction
The Minister may, at any time, give MEDQ a written direction about payment or transfer of an asset or liability to, or withdrawal or transfer of an asset or liability from, MEDQ’s equity. MEDQ must comply with the direction. The board must ensure the direction is complied with in relation to MEDQ. The Minister must, before giving the direction, consult with the board about the proposed direction. s 32M ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 (sec.32M-ssec.1) The Minister may, at any time, give MEDQ a written direction about payment or transfer of an asset or liability to, or withdrawal or transfer of an asset or liability from, MEDQ’s equity.
