sec.32G Strategic or operational plan pending agreement
This section applies if the Minister and the board have not agreed to the draft strategic or operational plan before the start of the relevant financial year. The draft plan given, or last given, by the board to the Minister before the start of the financial year, with any modifications made by the board, whether before or after that time, at the direction of the Minister, is taken to be MEDQ’s strategic or operational plan. Subsection (2) applies until a draft strategic or operational plan becomes MEDQ’s strategic or operational plan under section 32H . s 32G ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 (sec.32G-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister and the board have not agreed to the draft strategic or operational plan before the start of the relevant financial year. (sec.32G-ssec.2) The draft plan given, or last given, by the board to the Minister before the start of the financial year, with any modifications made by the board, whether before or after that time, at the direction of the Minister, is taken to be MEDQ’s strategic or operational plan.
