sec.32E Draft strategic and operational plans
Before 31 March each year, the board must prepare, and give to the Minister for the Minister’s agreement, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the next financial year. The board and the Minister must try to reach agreement on the draft plans as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than the start of the financial year. s 32E ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 (sec.32E-ssec.1) Before 31 March each year, the board must prepare, and give to the Minister for the Minister’s agreement, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the next financial year.
