sec.32D Interaction with the Financial Accountability Act 2009
If something is required to be done under this division and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 is sufficient compliance with this division. Otherwise, the requirements under this division are in addition to the requirements under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 . If there is an inconsistency between this division and the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , the Financial Accountability Act 2009 prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. s 32D ins 2024 No. 32 s 18 (sec.32D-ssec.1) If something is required to be done under this division and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 is sufficient compliance with this division.
