sec.32B Annual report may include a summary of a matter
An annual report may include a summary of a matter required to be included in the annual report, rather than a full statement of the matter, if— the summary indicates that it is a summary only; and a full statement of the matter is laid before the Legislative Assembly at the same time as a copy of the annual report is laid before the Legislative Assembly. s 32B ins 2024 No. 32 s 18
- (a) the summary indicates that it is a summary only; and
- (b) a full statement of the matter is laid before the Legislative Assembly at the same time as a copy of the annual report is laid before the Legislative Assembly.
