sec.30 Board to keep Minister informed

The board must— keep the Minister informed of MEDQ’s operations, financial performance and financial position and its achievement of the objectives in its strategic and operational plans; and keep the Minister informed of how MEDQ is achieving the main purpose of this Act; and give the Minister reports and information to enable the Minister to make informed assessments of matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) ; and immediately inform the Minister of any matters that arise that, in the board’s opinion, may— prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of the objectives in MEDQ’s strategic and operational plans; or significantly affect MEDQ’s performance in delivering the outputs under its operational plan. s 30 amd 2019 No. 11 s 72 sub 2024 No. 32 s 18

• (c) give the Minister reports and information to enable the Minister to make informed assessments of matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) ; and
• (d) immediately inform the Minister of any matters that arise that, in the board’s opinion, may— (i) prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of the objectives in MEDQ’s strategic and operational plans; or (ii) significantly affect MEDQ’s performance in delivering the outputs under its operational plan.
