sec.245 Publication on MEDQ’s website
This section applies if— under a former provision of this Act, a thing was required to be published on the department’s website for or within a period; and under the provision as in force from the commencement, the thing is required to be published on MEDQ’s website for or within a period. The period for which the thing is published on MEDQ’s website is taken to include any period before the commencement for which the thing was published on the department’s website. s 245 ins 2024 No. 32 s 61 (sec.245-ssec.1) This section applies if— under a former provision of this Act, a thing was required to be published on the department’s website for or within a period; and under the provision as in force from the commencement, the thing is required to be published on MEDQ’s website for or within a period. (sec.245-ssec.2) The period for which the thing is published on MEDQ’s website is taken to include any period before the commencement for which the thing was published on the department’s website.
- (a) under a former provision of this Act, a thing was required to be published on the department’s website for or within a period; and
- (b) under the provision as in force from the commencement, the thing is required to be published on MEDQ’s website for or within a period.
