sec.244 References to department before commencement
This section applies if— a former provision mentioned the department; and a provision of this Act that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the former provision mentions MEDQ. In a document made under or relating to the former provision, a reference to the department, if the context permits, is taken to be a reference to MEDQ. s 244 ins 2024 No. 32 s 61 (sec.244-ssec.1) This section applies if— a former provision mentioned the department; and a provision of this Act that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the former provision mentions MEDQ. (sec.244-ssec.2) In a document made under or relating to the former provision, a reference to the department, if the context permits, is taken to be a reference to MEDQ.
