sec.240 Initial employee employed on fixed term contract by department before commencement
This section applies to a person (an initial employee ) who is employed after the commencement as an employee of the EDQ employing office if the person was employed by the department on a fixed term contract immediately before being employed by the EDQ employing office. Nothing in this part affects the operation of the fixed term contract. s 240 ins 2024 No. 32 s 61 (sec.240-ssec.1) This section applies to a person (an initial employee ) who is employed after the commencement as an employee of the EDQ employing office if the person was employed by the department on a fixed term contract immediately before being employed by the EDQ employing office. (sec.240-ssec.2) Nothing in this part affects the operation of the fixed term contract.
