MEDQ may contribute to, or undertake, research about land or other property or infrastructure to give effect to the main purpose of this Act, including, for example, research directed at identifying— recent market trends that may affect economic development, or development for community purposes, in the State; or opportunities for economic development, or development for community purposes, in the State; or community needs and expectations.
- (a) recent market trends that may affect economic development, or development for community purposes, in the State; or
