sec.237 Application of new s 113
New section 113 applies only in relation to an enforcement order, or order under section 111, made on or after the commencement. Former section 113 continues to apply in relation to an enforcement order, or order under section 111, made before the commencement as if the amendment Act, part 6, division 3 had not commenced. s 237 ins 2019 No. 11 s 107 (sec.237-ssec.1) New section 113 applies only in relation to an enforcement order, or order under section 111, made on or after the commencement.
