sec.233 Existing PDA development applications
This section applies if a PDA development application was made, but not decided, before the commencement. This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the PDA development application as if the amendment Act, part 6, division 2 had not commenced. s 233 ins 2019 No. 11 s 70 (sec.233-ssec.1) This section applies if a PDA development application was made, but not decided, before the commencement. (sec.233-ssec.2) This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the PDA development application as if the amendment Act, part 6, division 2 had not commenced.
