sec.230 Development scheme approved under regulation
This section applies to a development scheme for a priority development area, or a transitioned UDA, approved under a regulation made under former section 64 and in effect immediately before the commencement. The development scheme is taken to have been notified under a gazette notice under new section 63(3)(b) published on the day the regulation commenced. In this section— transitioned UDA see section 177. s 230 ins 2019 No. 11 s 70 (sec.230-ssec.1) This section applies to a development scheme for a priority development area, or a transitioned UDA, approved under a regulation made under former section 64 and in effect immediately before the commencement.
