sec.229 Application of former s 42M to particular material change of use
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a material change of use was taken to be a lawful use under former section 42M. Former section 42M continues to apply to the material change of use as if the amendment Act, part 6, division 2 had not commenced. s 229 ins 2019 No. 11 s 70 (sec.229-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a material change of use was taken to be a lawful use under former section 42M. (sec.229-ssec.2) Former section 42M continues to apply to the material change of use as if the amendment Act, part 6, division 2 had not commenced.
