sec.225 Definitions for part
In this part— amendment Act means the Economic Development and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019 . former , in relation to a provision of this Act, means as in force from time to time before the commencement of the provision in which the term appears. new , in relation to a provision of this Act, means as amended or inserted by the amendment Act. s 225 ins 2019 No. 11 s 70
