sec.223 Unfinished compliance assessment for plan of subdivision
This section applies if— before the commencement, SPA compliance assessment under former section 104 had started for a plan of subdivision; and the assessment had not finished before the commencement. Former section 104 continues to apply in relation to the plan as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 223 ins 2016 No. 27 s 200 (sec.223-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, SPA compliance assessment under former section 104 had started for a plan of subdivision; and the assessment had not finished before the commencement. (sec.223-ssec.2) Former section 104 continues to apply in relation to the plan as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
