sec.211 MEDQ’s power to recover cost of works to remedy stated public nuisance
This section applies if— before the commencement, the former ULDA carried out works under the repealed ULDA Act , section 91 (2) ; and the former ULDA has not recovered the costs of the works from a person under the repealed ULDA Act , section 91 (3) . MEDQ may recover the costs from the person as debt. (sec.211-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the former ULDA carried out works under the repealed ULDA Act , section 91 (2) ; and the former ULDA has not recovered the costs of the works from a person under the repealed ULDA Act , section 91 (3) . (sec.211-ssec.2) MEDQ may recover the costs from the person as debt.
