sec.2 Commencement
This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation— chapter 8 , parts 1 to 4 ; the following provisions of chapter 8 , part 6 — sections 284 , 285 , 293 , 295 to 299 , 302 , 306 , 307 , 311 , 315 , 316 and 318 ; section 319 , to the extent it inserts section 192 ; chapter 8 , parts 7 and 8 ; the following provisions of schedule 2 — amendment of the Disaster Management Act 2003 ; amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ; amendment of the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , amendments 1 to 8, 14 to 18 and 24 to 30.
- (a) chapter 8 , parts 1 to 4 ;
- (b) the following provisions of chapter 8 , part 6 — (i) sections 284 , 285 , 293 , 295 to 299 , 302 , 306 , 307 , 311 , 315 , 316 and 318 ; (ii) section 319 , to the extent it inserts section 192 ;

- (ii) amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ;
- (iii) amendment of the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , amendments 1 to 8, 14 to 18 and 24 to 30.
