sec.178 Abolition of former entity etc.
At the commencement— each former entity is abolished; and the members of the former ULDA stop being members of the authority; and the appointment and employment of the chief executive officer of the former ULDA ends. Subsection (1)(b) or (c) does not affect the member’s or chief executive officer’s appointment in any other office.
