sec.177 Definitions for ch 6
In this chapter— commencement means the commencement of this section. former entity means— the corporation established under the repealed ID Act , section 5 ; or the former ULDA. former ULDA means the authority established under the repealed ULDA Act , section 93 . repealed Sustainable Planning Act means the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 . s 177 def repealed Sustainable Planning Act ins 2016 No. 27 s 196 SPA development approval means a development approval under the repealed Sustainable Planning Act . s 177 def SPA development approval ins 2016 No. 27 s 196 transitioned UDA means a part of the State that was an urban development area under the repealed ULDA Act and, under section 190, is taken to be a priority development area under this Act.
- (a) the corporation established under the repealed ID Act , section 5 ; or
- (b) the former ULDA.
