sec.173 Access to registers
MEDQ must— keep each register open for inspection by the public during office hours on business days at the places MEDQ considers appropriate; and allow a person to search and take extracts from the register; and give a person who asks for it a copy of all or part of a document or information held in the register, on payment of the fee decided by MEDQ. The fee can not be more than the actual cost of giving the copy.
