sec.171K Delegations
MEDQ may delegate MEDQ’s functions or powers under this division, other than under subdivision 4 , to any of the following— the CEO; the executive officer; an appropriately qualified employee of the EDQ employing office who performs work for or within, or duties in, MEDQ under a mobility arrangement mentioned in section 32ZH . s 171K ins 2020 No. 11 s 11 amd 2024 No. 32 s 58 ; 2024 No. 13 s 14
- (a) the CEO;
- (b) the executive officer;
- (c) an appropriately qualified employee of the EDQ employing office who performs work for or within, or duties in, MEDQ under a mobility arrangement mentioned in section 32ZH .
