sec.171JI Decisions on applications
MEDQ must consider an application made under section 171JG and decide— to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence; or to refuse to make the requested amendment to the temporary use licence. MEDQ may decide to amend a temporary use licence only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event in relation to which the licence was given, there are reasonable grounds for making the amendment. s 171JI ins 2024 No. 13 s 13 (sec.171JI-ssec.1) MEDQ must consider an application made under section 171JG and decide— to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence; or to refuse to make the requested amendment to the temporary use licence.
