sec.171JD Decisions on applications
MEDQ must consider an application made under section 171JB and decide— to give or refuse the extension sought; or to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect for a period that is different from the extension sought. MEDQ must not extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect beyond the end of the extended applicable event period for the applicable event notice. MEDQ may decide to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event, there are reasonable grounds for giving the extension. s 171JD ins 2024 No. 13 s 13 (sec.171JD-ssec.1) MEDQ must consider an application made under section 171JB and decide— to give or refuse the extension sought; or to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect for a period that is different from the extension sought.
