sec.170 MEDQ may give directions
An entity to whom a function or power is delegated under section 169 must perform the function or exercise the power subject to— the general direction and control of MEDQ; and any specific written directions given to it by MEDQ. Without limiting subsection (1) (b) , a direction under that provision may require the entity to give stated information to MEDQ. (sec.170-ssec.1) An entity to whom a function or power is delegated under section 169 must perform the function or exercise the power subject to— the general direction and control of MEDQ; and any specific written directions given to it by MEDQ. (sec.170-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) (b) , a direction under that provision may require the entity to give stated information to MEDQ.
