sec.167 Limitation on time for starting proceeding for offence
A proceeding for an offence against this Act must start— within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence was committed. s 167 amd 2019 No. 11 s 231 s ch 1 pt 2
- (a) within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or
- (b) within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence was committed.
