sec.159D Dissolution of local consultative committees
A local consultative committee for a provisional priority development area is dissolved on the earlier of the following— when MEDQ dissolves the committee; when the provisional priority development area ceases to be a provisional priority development area. MEDQ must not dissolve a local consultative committee for a provisional priority development area before the provisional land use plan for the area is made. s 159D ins 2019 No. 11 s 65A (sec.159D-ssec.1) A local consultative committee for a provisional priority development area is dissolved on the earlier of the following— when MEDQ dissolves the committee; when the provisional priority development area ceases to be a provisional priority development area. (sec.159D-ssec.2) MEDQ must not dissolve a local consultative committee for a provisional priority development area before the provisional land use plan for the area is made.
- (a) when MEDQ dissolves the committee;
- (b) when the provisional priority development area ceases to be a provisional priority development area.
